Inspire is an online day retreat for anyone looking for a little more inspiration, creativity and possibility in their daily life.

Together, we’ll explore some of my favourite tried-and-tested practices for enlivening, connecting with and flowing with our creativity.

Whether you have a thriving art practice and are looking for fresh inspiration, or you haven’t made a drawing since childhood, this day is for you.

We’ll play with the limitations and stories we carry around creating, and discover new ways to surprise ourselves, loosen our expectations and reconnect with our natural creativity.

This is for you if:

  • You’re feeling uninspired in your practice or in life

  • You’re looking for new ways to access your creativity

  • You’re interested in being in community with other creative beings

  • You’re curious and want to explore

  • You’re feeling stuck, uncertain or unsure about creating — or life in general

  • You have a hunch that you could create, but somewhere along the way you were told you “aren’t an artist”

  • You’re an artist looking for new practices, perspectives or ways to free up what you already know

You don’t need to consider yourself an artist to come. You don’t need to be “good” at drawing. You simply need to be curious and willing to play.
